No matter where we are in our lives, we always wish that we were slightly more fit and either has less fat or more muscle definition.
My transformation occurred last year when I finally became fed up with my overweight body at 240lbs. If we can make a difference in even one life when it comes to achieving their fitness goals, that will be truly great.
After seeking some help from personal trainers and online coaches, I was getting nowhere fast. It wasn’t until I decided that I needed to do this for myself that I really started to lose the weight and meet my goals. I followed some advice from a close friend of mine who is no longer with us and from some different sources I tested around the net. I was able to lose more weight then I ever intended on losing, the progress that I kept seeing made me want to keep on going and to never give up.
