Tired of having eggs constantly to get your protein fix? It doesn’t have to be a challenge to stick to similar meals to keep track of your diet and weight goals. Eggs can be very versatile in the way you cook them. It is preferred to have just egg whites for this meal since the yolk has the most cholesterol in it.
3-4 egg whites
Chopped cooked turkey meat
3-4 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
A few leaves of spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
- whisk egg whites and add salt to taste.
- while frying in a non-stick frying pan, add chopped turkey meat, spinach, and tomatoes
- Serve with fresh cracked pepper!
